Is the Bath-Knight Reliable?

The Bath-Knight Deluxe bath lift is a quality bath lift that has been built to the highest specification in our factory in Stoke on Trent and designed to last. Available in both mains and battery power we’d go as far as to say that it is the best bathing aid available on the market.

The Bath-Knight bath lift is fully installed by our trained engineers and comes with a full warranty, which means you can bathe again having full peace of mind.

What if someone else would like to use the Bath?

The Bath-Knight is actually fitted to your existing bath so that there is no mess, no fuss or dramatic change to your bathroom. The slick design is discreet and doesn’t scream mobility aid like some bath chairs and hoists do, once you have finished bathing the saddleband can be simply retracted into the unit if needed so that others can use the bath freely with nothing in their way.

The only problem that we have come across is that some customers cannot get their grandchildren off it at bath time as they think it’s great fun to go up and down into the bath.

How is it powered?

The Bath-Knight Deluxe bath lift is available in 2 different power sources, both mains and battery models are now available.

The Bath-Knight is powered by mains electricity that simply plugs into the nearest power point outside the bathroom, it has its own back-up battery power supply and will operate in the event of electricity failure. This just means that if you are relaxing in the bath and all the power goes off in your house the Bath-Knight will still bring you up safely to the top of your bath so that you can light a candle and carry on bathing.

It simply plugs into the nearest socket outside the bathroom which then goes through a transformer to the unit itself, our fitter will make sure that it is all installed neatly and tidily.

For installations that are a little more complicated we have now developed a battery model, that we believe to be the best battery model available, it’s easy to charge and use and is powered by the lightest battery available on the market and with no wiring needed can fit into any bathroom.

The Bath-Knight has been independently assessed and approved and will always be safely installed by a skilled engineer who understands the fitting method perfectly.

The Bath-Knight also comes with a Floating Remote Control if you prefer to use a remote instead of the switch on the unit, just press the button on the remote and you will be lowered and raised gently and safely in and out of the bath.

The remote control is also perfect for carers to use, for those who need extra help whilst bathing
